With a passion for Human Resources and a strong desire to see people and business succeed, Sherry works with JMann Consulting Group to continue its growth and expansion within the market while building strong client relationships.
With over 20 years of Human Resources experience in all functional areas of Human Resources and across many different industries such as financial services, healthcare, insurance, consulting and franchising, Sherry has strategically led and played an integral part in all aspects of the business she has worked in including several mergers & acquisitions and transition processes, bringing two cultures together creating one aligned and thriving organization. While working for Republic Bank Sherry was instrumental in Managing the survey process that gained Republic Bank National recognition and a spot on Working Mothers “100 Best places to Work for Working Mothers List’ and Fortune’s “Best 100 Companies to work for List.” While working for The Accident Fund Insurance Company of American she was responsible for instituting cost saving initiatives through an effective communication plan saving the company approximately $1.3 million while maintaining employee morale. At Two Men And A Truck International she transitioned an order taker mentality to a successful sales culture.
Sherry credits her success in business and in Human Resources by having a passion for the work she does and by building relationships with those who she works with and building upon and leveraging people’s strengths. In 2004, Sherry had the distinguished pleasure of being recognized as the Human Resources Professional of the Year by Human Resource Management Association of Mid Michigan. Sherry holds a bachelor’s degree in employment relations from Michigan State University.
