Patrick Renkes has been a leader in the staffing industry for the past 15 years. He has focused on turning around under performing organizations by evaluating the talent within the organization and putting people in positions they can succeed in. Patrick has led both sales and operational sides of the business. He has a successful track record of increasing engagement of the employees, and the financial results of teams.
Patrick was hired in 2009 by CHG Healthcare to lead their Speech and respiratory therapy teams in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Patrick was selected by the executive committee at CHG to take over the leadership role as President of Foundation Medical Staffing. Patrick led the turnaround effort to restructure the organization.
In 2006 Patrick held the key leadership role as Vice President of sales and operations at Employment Group, a 50 year old commercial staffing company in Battle Creek Michigan. Patrick led the unit to rapid growth and unprecedented customer satisfaction ratings.
Prior to 2006 Patrick held leadership roles with both Kelly Services, a global commercial staffing company, and Forge Industrial staffing,
a regional staffing firm. Patrick provided leadership in starting up new markets, and driving key customer relationships with both organizations.
Patrick holds a Bachelor’s degree from Eureka College in business and psychology.
